I’m Silvia, your go to Health & Wellbeing Facilitator & Consultant! I’ve been rocking the wellbeing world since 2017, bringing energy, calm, and a fresh approach wherever I go.

Before diving into wellbeing full-time, I spent 11 years at Network Rail as a Health & Wellbeing Specialist for the NWC Team, so I know the corporate world really well. I’m here for impact.
