Description

I specialise in Emotional Intelligence for schools and women, helping girls and adults develop boundaries, self-trust and emotional authority under pressure.

I work with schools, teenage girls and women where life gets loud, messy and real, with Emotional Intelligence as the thread running through everything I do.

Since 2019, I’ve delivered CPD-accredited training across the UK, helping schools build emotionally healthy cultures and supporting women and girls through burnout, identity wobbles and quiet overwhelm.

My work blends Strategic Intervention training (Robbins-Madanes) with lived experience of getting very unwell, breaking apart, and putting myself back together.

This isn’t theory. It’s survival turned into something meaningful.
