I’m Lisa, a straight-talking, neuroscience-driven therapist, and I help people to use the brain‑mind‑body connection so they can reduce stress and anxiety, process difficult experiences and build emotional resilience to create lasting change.
As someone who has lived with chronic illness for my most of my life, things changed dramatically for me when I really understood how everything is connected.
Together, we’ll blend counselling, EMDR, therapeutic coaching and NLP in a way that supports your brain and nervous system.
You just have to show up as you are and I’ll guide you through the rest.
