Hi! 👋 I’m Jan-Rienk, or JR if you prefer. I spent my childhood sailing the waters of Friesland, Netherlands, and have been teaching windsurfing and sailing for over 20 years.

I even trained instructors along the way! After dabbling in Mechanical Engineering, I got hooked on business process improvement.

I’ll go as far as to call it an autistic obsession. In every job, I’ve been the software whiz and digital collaboration guru. When I’m not immersed in improvement, you’ll find me crafting with wood, battling it out in airsoft, or jamming on my guitar and piano. JR.
