I create trauma-informed businesses and organisations.
I’m Erica, a registered forensic and chartered coaching psychologist and former academic. I’m passionate about disrupting the legacy of trauma so that people can thrive at work and in life.
In addition to being a government advisor on offender rehabilitation, I’ve made it my mission to help organisations create cultures that can support healing rather than perpetuate harm.
I’m a passionate advocate of ethical business, and I also help small businesses grow through the use of rigorous psychology insights.
