I help neurodivergent founders + leaders stop white-knuckling success and create ways of working that actually fit their brains.
I’m an AuDHD coach and former operations leader who helps neurodivergent founders and leaders stop white-knuckling their way through work.
After 15 years in senior roles shaping operations, service design and transformation across complex organisations, I now support ND adults who look successful on paper but feel exhausted behind the scenes.
My work blends coaching with energy-led system design to help clients build ways of working that feel calm, doable and genuinely aligned with how their brain works — without losing ambition, identity or edge.
