After two decades in the art and luxury world (think New York, London, Geneva, the whole shebang), I decided corporate life needed a serious upgrade. So I founded Ask Maria Kelly, where I help entrepreneurs and small businesses grow without the overwhelm.

My toolkit: Strategic consulting, leadership training, team development, and yes, AI integration (because let’s be honest, it’s not going anywhere). I’m not a tech person, and don’t want to be. So I simply help you build the foundations first, then layer in the tools that actually make sense for your business.

My superpower is taking complicated stuff and making it feel easy. I get it that you don’t have time to decode every new platform, fix team dynamics, AND reinvent your strategy all at once. When I’m not helping clients grow with confidence, you’ll find me speaking at Toastmasters, teaching management strategy at a local business school, building my in-person business community in Barcelona (my absolute passion project), or walking my dog Cookie along the Mediterranean.
