After being diagnosed with adult-onset Tourette’s, I turned lived experience into impact, founding the award-winning Manton Executives, a virtual PA agency supporting busy founders who want things done properly.

Alongside running a fast-growing business, I use my platform to challenge outdated perceptions with humour, warmth, and straight-talk.

I’m a TEDx speaker, international presenter, Tourette’s Action ambassador, and adoptive parent, blending authenticity with action and proving success doesn’t need to fit a mould to be powerful.
