I help leaders create values-led, inclusive cultures through a blend of coaching, consultancy and DEIB-informed training that strengthens confidence, clarity and team cohesion.
I’m a former headteacher turned leadership coach and consultant, helping leaders bring sincerity, curiosity and joy back into the heart of their work.
After 21 years leading schools (usually as the only Black woman in the room ), I now support others to lead with clarity, courage and inclusion.
I blend coaching, consultancy and DEIB-informed training to help leaders navigate tricky spaces and build teams where everyone can thrive.
