Description
I work at the intersection of trauma-informed therapy and coaching to help people move out of survival mode into sustainable performance and wellbeing.
Most people I work with are capable, driven, and quietly exhausted. I’m an accredited psychotherapist, executive coach, and leadership trainer working with people under pressure – and let’s face it, that’s most of us.
I support leaders, founders, and high-functioning humans who look like they’re coping while running on grit. My work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and refreshingly human. I use CBT, EMDR, and integrative psychotherapy to help people understand their patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and stop mistaking endurance for resilience.
Expect depth, straight-talking, and change that actually works, not therapy clichés or corporate wellbeing theatre. I live in the Lake District, train for triathlon and Hyrox, and willingly swim in cold lakes. I practise challenge, recovery, and knowing when to stop because burnout isn’t a badge of honour.
