An ADHD and AuDHD coach with a background in senior operations and transformation, now working as a strategic partner to neurodivergent founders and senior leaders who are brilliant at what they do, but are exhausted from umpiring the executive function fist-fight raging in their brains.
Most overwhelm isn’t volume. It’s sequencing. We unpack the noise, honour the chaos, and craft ways of working that actually hold when life hits the fan. For some this is brain and energy work. For others, it’s COO-level support: sequencing priorities, shaping structure, and bringing calm order to complex work.
