I am a peri ADHD PMDD Mum of two who is passionate about using my 10 yrs corporate experience, 15 years Youth work and now RTT Hypnotherapy to help every woman who crosses my path to feel held until she feels healed. You will heal the bees seas and trees quicker, if you first heal the she”s.

I am Sinead from Ireland and now live in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland via England, Germany and New York.

10 yrs in Marketing in Corporate, then owned a Drama School, then travelled to sing/songwriter, settled down to marry, have two kids and train in RTT Hypnotherapy.

My life experience, ADHD, PMDD and Peri are gold for my clients now.

I have navigated many storms and learned I had to be my own lighthouse first, before being one for others.

Now I dedicated my time to helping others do the same both.

I truly love what I do, it’s who I am and I am grateful for every step of this journey to this point.
