Katherine Dyer is the founder of The Pocket Strategist. She has worked with over 200 small business owners, consultants and small teams, helping them build calmer, more profitable businesses with clarity and focus.
Katherine brings senior commercial experience from roles at Wrigley, Debenhams, Screwfix and LV= Insurance, alongside a BSc in Psychology and NLP training.
She is known for her straight talking, practical approach to strategy and for helping business owners create simple growth plans they actually follow.
